Purpose and fitment

The presented inner door handle is a component designed for installation on the right side of the vehicle, within the door card of a BMW 5 Series E60 generation after the facelift (LCI). Thanks to a design that complies with factory BMW standards, the part maintains the correct mounting geometry as well as the appropriate length and operating angle, which translates into the proper functioning of the interior door opening mechanism.

Construction and function in the door system

The handle belongs to the group of components responsible for door operation in the Window cranks, handles and door mounts category. In practice, it works with the door cables and lock, transferring the movement of the driver's or passenger's hand to the opening mechanism. The properly profiled shape of the handle facilitates a secure grip, and the ergonomic position in the door card promotes comfortable use during daily vehicle operation.

Color scheme and interior integration

The light, cream beige color used in this handle allows for an aesthetic match to door cards and upholstery in a similar shade. This is particularly important for interior repairs, where color differences are easily noticeable. Using the original shade helps maintain a consistent cabin appearance, which is significant both visually and for the potential resale of the vehicle.

Characteristics of the used component

The part comes from dismantling, which means it is an original BMW component with parameters consistent with the manufacturer's factory specifications. A used element of this type is a reasonable choice for interior repairs – it allows for cost reduction compared to new replacements, while maintaining the proper fit and the surface finish characteristic of BMW.

Benefits of using an original handle

• Factory fitment to the right-side door card, with no modifications required.
• Consistent cream beige color, making it easy to maintain a uniform interior look.
• Original BMW construction, promoting the proper operation of the door opening mechanism.
• Reasonable cost choice thanks to the use of a part from dismantling.
