Purpose and fitment for BMW F34 GT

The presented hood has been designed as a structural component of the front bodywork of the BMW F34 GT series. Thanks to its factory origin, it maintains the correct embossing lines, edge geometry, and mounting points, which facilitates proper alignment with the fenders, bumper, radiator grille, and lock module. This solution is particularly beneficial for post-accident repairs, where dimensional compatibility with the original hood is crucial.

Midnight Blue Metallic - B38 color

The hood is finished in the factory color Midnight Blue Metallic - B38, characteristic of many BMW configurations. The metallic navy blue paint provides color depth and harmonizes well with the body lines of Gran Turismo models. In many cases, this allows for limiting the scope of paint work to potential spot repairs, which shortens repair time and reduces the costs of preparing the car for use.

Technical characteristics and installation

The hood belongs to the Hoods category and is intended for installation in the front zone of the vehicle. The construction is designed to work with factory hinges, actuators, and the BMW hood lock, which facilitates installation in body and paint shop conditions. Maintaining the original geometry of the component promotes correct panel gap alignment and the maintenance of proper aerodynamics of the front body section.

Used condition and service application

The item is in used condition, making it an attractive alternative to new parts for economic repairs, fleet maintenance, or vehicle restoration after a collision. This type of hood will prove useful both in professional body shops and for conscious users who are looking for original body components at a reasonable price, while maintaining factory construction specifications.

Part number compatibility and identification

The hood has a dedicated OEM part number and assigned interchangeable numbers, which facilitates verification of compatibility with a specific version of the BMW F34 GT. Before purchasing, it is recommended to compare the markings with service documentation or the numbers found on the currently installed hood to confirm full compatibility with the specific vehicle unit.
